Decadent Paleo Fudge Brownies

So I was busy today ...I finally perfected a decadent Paleo Fudge Brownie. The secret ingredient..Trader Joes Mixed nut butter. This nut butter is chock full Omega 3’s and creates a fudgy, dreamy brownie. You’re welcome 😁

Ingredients
1 cup cashew, pecan, walnut butter or any nut butter
2 TBS coconut oil melted
4 TBS organic grade A maple syrup (or honey)
4 TBS coconut sugar
2 TBS unsweetened almond or cashew milk
1 organic grass fed egg
1 teas. pure vanilla extract
8 TBS almond flour
4 TBS Dutch process cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
¼ cup chocolate chips optional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease an 8” square pan with coconut oil, set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside.
Gently warm almond butter and coconut oil until melted. Stir until combined.
Add honey (or maple syrup), egg, coconut sugar, nut milk and vanilla. Stir well.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
Spread batter in your prepared 8” square pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until just barely set. Let cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting.

Icing
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 teas. Pure vanilla extract
4 tbsp. Nut milk
1/4 cup paleo chocolate chips

Melt all ingredients stirring constantly. When mixture is smooth spread on brownies. Cool and devour!
